Licensed Massage Therapist
You’re a skilled bodyworker who leads with intuition and care. You tailor each session to meet guests where they are and show up grounded, present, and committed to creating a welcoming space.
Responsibilities:- Provide customized massage therapy sessions (Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, etc.)
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with guests
- Maintain a clean, calm treatment space
- Stay current on trends, education, and licensing
- Recommend enhancements and follow-up care
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Vermont Massage Therapist License (required)
- 1+ year of spa/wellness experience
- Skilled in multiple massage techniques
- Strong communication and time management
- Professional and aligned with holistic wellness
Licensed Esthetician
You combine technical skill with intuitive care to create meaningful client experiences. You’re professional, warm, and grounded in a spa culture that values connection and integrity.
Responsibilities:- Provide esthetic services: facials, hydrafacials, waxing, brows, etc.
- Consult thoughtfully and educate on skincare
- Maintain a serene, clean treatment space
- Stay informed on trends and techniques
- Recommend retail products for at-home care
- Vermont Esthetician License (required)
- 1+ year of spa/wellness experience
- Deep knowledge of skin physiology
- Independent and team-oriented
- Professional and guest-focused
Nail Technician
You’re passionate about nail care and creating luxurious experiences. Calm, confident, and creative, you help clients feel their best while keeping your station spotless and serene.
Responsibilities:- Perform nail services (classic, gel, extensions, etc.)
- Offer elevated, detail-oriented care
- Maintain a sanitary, beautiful nail station
- Recommend nail care and retail products
- Support a warm, welcoming spa atmosphere
- Participate in team meetings and education
- Vermont Nail Technician License (required)
- 1+ year of experience preferred
- Knowledge of trends and sanitation
- Detail-focused and client-centered
- Warm, professional communicator
Front Desk + Retail Associate
You’re organized, friendly, and naturally create a calm environment. You balance hospitality and efficiency while supporting both the spa and boutique sides of our business.
Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly and manage scheduling
- Handle check-ins, inquiries, and bookings
- Offer product knowledge and retail support
- Maintain a serene and tidy front-of-house
- Help prep class, treatment, and event spaces
- Process transactions and manage client records
- Experience in service or spa environments (preferred)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Interest in clean beauty and wellness
- Multitasking in a calm, grounded way
- Comfort with booking/POS software (training provided)
Pilates Instructor
Certified and passionate about Pilates? We’d love to have you on our team. Help clients build strength and alignment in an encouraging space.
Responsibilities:- Teach mat or private classes
- Offer hands-on instruction
- Foster a supportive environment
- Pilates Mat Certification
- Teaching experience preferred
- Clear, kind communication
Barre Instructor
You bring energy, encouragement, and great playlists. We’re looking for a barre instructor who builds community while delivering powerful classes.
Responsibilities:- Lead barre classes with strength, cardio, flexibility
- Build client relationships
- Ensure proper form and safety
- Barre certification or related background
- Dance or fitness experience
- Warm and engaging personality
Yoga Instructor
You guide others toward mindfulness and strength. We’re seeking a yoga teacher who leads restorative and energizing classes with care and clarity.
Responsibilities:- Teach various yoga styles (flow, sculpt, restorative)
- Support breathwork and alignment
- Create a meaningful class experience
- 200-hour RYT certification
- Group class teaching experience
- Knowledge of anatomy and safety
