Barre at SALT is a low-impact, full-body workout that combines cardio, strength training, yoga, and Pilates. Barre classes take place in our studio with a stationary barre and on stable surfaces. Barre classes focus on small, pulsing movements that emphasize form and alignment, and target the legs, hips, glutes, core, and arms.
MAT PILATES
Mat Pilates targets the mind, body, and soul. Its emphasis on breath work, centering, and concentration means it goes beyond physical exercise, integrating breath work and body awareness. Mat Pilates can leave you feeling more aligned, rejuvenated, and connected.
FLOW + SCULPT
Flow + Sculpt incorporates power yoga, a fast-paced style of yoga that challenges your body and mind with dynamic movements and breath control. It can improve your strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and mental focus.
Flow + Recover
This 50/50 blend of gentle yoga flow and restorative poses enhances flexibility, mobility, and recovery, leaving your body aligned and refreshed. Smooth transitions, yoga postures, PT drills, joint flossing, and yin stretches are combined with guided breathwork in a calming atmosphere of dim lights, essential oils, and hands-on assists. Ideal for ski prep, this class supports recovery and meditation with mindful movement and restorative props.
Après Flow
