SALT + GROVE offers space to celebrate through movement, wellness, and connection. From bachelorettes to birthdays, we’ll help you create a custom experience that feels intentional, healing, and entirely your own.

Choose from our signature class formats: Barre, Mat Pilates, Flow + Sculpt, or Restorative Yoga. From music to intensity, every detail can be tailored to your vibe.

Spa + Shop Access

Unwind with optional spa services, including mini or full massages and facials, sauna blanket sessions in our Breathing Room, and more. Explore our boutique, featuring curated skincare, activewear, and wellness essentials.

Drinks + Bites

Enjoy refreshments through our on-site bar and wellness kitchen partner. Options include green juice, smoothies, craft cocktails, mocktails, and nourishing lunch add-ons available with pre-ordering.

Additional Customizations

+ Personalized SALT + GROVE swag bags for each guest
(ex: Ursa Major Skincare, Bala products and/or small accessories)

+ Specialized classes such as Sound bath and/or hosted meditation

+ Advanced treatments like injectables or acupuncture with our trusted partner practitioners
