At SALT, we value our community and the commitment our clients make to their wellness journey. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we’ve outlined the following cancellation policies:
Booking Policy
- Class bookings open in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A valid membership or class pack is required to book classes. Each individual must have their own pass, and must sign a liability waiver.
Membership Cancellation
- Memberships are offered on a month-to-month basis after your initial sign-up.
- Once your membership is active for a given month, it cannot be canceled mid-month. Cancellations must be made before the start of the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy
- All sales of memberships, class packs, and retail items are final.
- Store credit may be issued for eligible returns on retail items, as outlined in our return policy.
Class Cancellation
- You may cancel a class reservation up to 1 hour before the scheduled class start time without any penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 1 hour before class or failure to attend the class will result in a $5 late cancellation/no-show fee. This fee will be automatically applied to your account.
Late Arrival Policy
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class to avoid disruptions.
Waitlist Policy
- If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified and have 2 minutes to register, prior to the next person on the list being notified.
- If you register for the class and can’t attend, the same cancellation policy applies.
Studio Etiquette
- Please turn off or silence cell phones during class to maintain a focused environment.
- No shoes in the studio.
- Grippy socks must be worn in Pilates and Barre classes.
- Clean your mat with provided wipes after use.
- Clean and return all studio equipment to its proper place after use.
Health & Safety Policy
- If you feel unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness, please refrain from attending in-person classes and explore our virtual options instead.
- The studio is regularly cleaned, and sanitation supplies are available for client use.
Inclement Weather Policy
- In the event of severe weather, class cancellations will be communicated via email and/or app notifications. Please check for updates before heading to the studio.
Private Group Class Policy
- Private group classes require a deposit to secure the booking. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
We appreciate your understanding as these policies allow us to maintain class availability and ensure an optimal experience for all clients.
