We have exciting news to share with our community—the SALT + GROVE Studio is moving to our Spa at 2038 Mountain Road. This change allows us to bring everything you love under one roof: movement, recovery, and community. From Pilates to facials, it’s all here in one space designed for flow.

You’ll also enjoy more room to move and more space to park, making your visits easier and more comfortable. Beginning Tuesday, September 30, all studio classes will take place at our Mountain Road location.

🛍 And don’t worry—our downtown boutique will stay open for all your favorite athleisure, lifestyle, and self-care finds. The shop is simply moving downstairs into a refreshed new space.

Your Questions, Answered

Q: Where is the new studio located?
A: Starting September 30, all classes will be held at our Spa at 2038 Mountain Road, Stowe, VT.

Q: Why is the Studio moving to the Spa?
A: We believe the strongest communities are built when everything connects. By bringing the Studio to our Spa, we’re creating one home for movement, recovery, and community. This means you can flow from class to facial, from sweat to stillness—all in one place. Plus, our original studio was a bit tight, so this new location offers more space to move and to park.

Q: What about parking?
A: Parking is available right on-site, making it simple and convenient to arrive for class.

Q: Will the class schedule change?
A: Not at the beginning. You’ll still see your favorite classes and instructors at the new location. Once we’ve settled in, we may adjust the schedule to best serve the community.

Q: Will the downtown boutique stay open?
A: Yes! Our Main Street shop will remain open, it will just be moving downstairs. New hours:

• Thursday–Saturday: 10–5

• Sunday: 11–4

Q: Why are memberships going down, but drop-ins going up?
A: We want to make being part of our community more accessible for locals. That’s why we’ve lowered memberships from $180 → $149/month, making it easier to stay consistent year-round.
At the same time, drop-ins ($25 → $32) and class packs ($100 → $150) better reflect the value of our small, boutique instructor-led classes. These options are still available, but membership is the best value and experience.

Q: What does this mean for me?

• If you’re a member, you’ll pay less each month while enjoying the same premium experience.

• If you’re a drop-in, you’ll still have flexibility—but membership is now the best way to experience SALT + GROVE.

• If you’re a visitor, we welcome you to join us while you’re in town!

Q: When will this happen?
A: The Studio move and new pricing both take effect on September 30. Keep an eye out for dates and special events to celebrate our new home.

Q: Will the studio vibe feel different?
A: The community and energy you love won’t change. You’ll still strengthen and connect in the same way—now in a fresh new space designed for flow.

Q: Can I visit the Spa and boutique before or after class?
A: Absolutely! One of the best parts of this move is the ease of enjoying everything we offer in one stop—from treatments to shopping to your favorite classes.
