STUDIO FAQ

Can I share my class pass or membership?
For safety and liability reasons, passes and memberships are for individual use only. Everyone must sign their own waiver and have their own account to attend class.
What should I bring to class?
Grip socks are required for Pilates and Barre. Otherwise, bring water, wear clothes you can move in, and be ready to sweat. We also have a bottle filling station!
Where is the studio located?
📍 25 Main Street, right in the heart of downtown Stowe. Please check-in upstairs upon arrival!
I'm a beginner. Where should I start?
Every class is designed to meet you where you are. Use props or skip them. Rest when needed. Your instructor will guide you through options—just bring your intuition to listen to your body.
What happens if I'm late?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. For safety and flow, we may not allow late arrivals once class begins.
What if I need to cancel a class?
You can cancel up to 2 hours before class with no penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $5 fee. This helps us keep things fair for everyone.
Do you have showers or changing rooms?
We don’t have full locker rooms, but we do have a bathroom, changing space, and cubbys to store belongings on site.

SPA FAQ

When does the SALT + GROVE Spa officially open?
We open our doors on Saturday, June 1! Appointments can be booked online through our new platform (details below).
Where is the spa located?
📍 2038 Mountain Road, Stowe, Vermont — just up the road from our studio and boutique. We have ample parking on-site.
What services will the spa offer?
A curated menu of facials, massage therapy, body treatments, lymphatic drainage, red light therapy, gua sha, waxing, lashes & brow tinting, acupuncture, and injectables—with more added regularly.
How do I book a service?
Visit saltandgrovewellness.com or call us. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.
Can I use my current membership at the spa?
Your studio membership applies to classes. Our new Skin+Sculpt membership includes unlimited classes and one facial or massage per month.
Do I need a membership to book a spa service?
Nope! The spa is open to everyone—locals, visitors, and guests. Membership is not required but does come with perks.
What makes the SALT + GROVE spa experience unique?
Everything. Our spa is a calming oasis with a serene lounge, cozy treatment rooms, and an indulgent relaxation space with robes, red light masks, tea, and spa water.
What should I expect during my visit?
Arrive 15–20 minutes early to relax. Treatments begin with a short consult and end with time to enjoy our lounge or browse the shop.
What’s your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Do you accept gratuity?
Yes! Gratuity can be added by card or cash at checkout. 20% is standard for spa services but always optional.
Can I use a gift card or studio credit at the spa?
Studio gift cards work for both the studio and spa. Retail-only gift cards are separate.
Do you offer group bookings or retreats?
Absolutely! We host spa parties, retreats, and bridal events. Email hello@saltstowe.com to start planning something special.
