YOUR FIRST CLASS

Come as you are.

You don’t need to know exactly where to start. You don’t need to already know the studio. And you certainly don’t need to be the strongest person in the room.

Come ready to move. We’ll meet you there.

01

What to wear

Clothes you feel comfortable moving in. That’s really it.

02

What to bring

Bring water and anything else you like to have with you while you move. Grip socks are required for Barre and Pilates classes. Forgot yours? We have them available in the shop.

03

When to arrive

Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early so you have time to settle in, find your space, and get everything you need.

04

Parking + arrival

Parking is available on site. During busy tourist seasons, especially foliage and ski season, give yourself a little extra time for traffic on Mountain Road.

“
I have no experience with this sort of workout and I’m definitely challenged by some of the moves. Every time I go, I feel great afterward and want to go back. The instructors are fantastic, helpful, and supportive.

JIM

“
Highlight of my stay in Stowe. After my morning classes, I felt refreshed and clear-minded to enjoy my vacation. The studio is beautiful, the equipment is high-quality, and Hillary did a fantastic job.

SUSAN

Just did a barre class this morning with Katie and it was truly awesome! It was challenging and so much fun. Her energy is amazing and the studio is beautiful. I look forward to visiting anytime I’m in Stowe.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before your first class.

Do I need experience? +

Not at all. Some of our classes can be challenging, but you never have to do everything an instructor offers. Take what works for you, modify when you need to, and move at your own pace. No pressure, no judgment.

How do the 💪 ratings work? +

Think of the 💪 rating as a quick guide to intensity. Fewer icons mean a more approachable class, while more icons mean you can expect a little more challenge. It’s there to help you choose what feels right for you that day.

What should I bring? +

Bring water and come in clothes you feel comfortable moving in. Grip socks are required for Barre and Pilates classes, and you can pick up a pair in our shop if you need them.

How early should I arrive? +

About 10 minutes early is perfect. It gives you time to settle in, get familiar with the studio, find your space, and make sure you have everything you need before class begins.

Where do I park? +

We have parking available on site. Stowe traffic can get busy during peak tourist seasons, especially foliage and ski season, so we recommend leaving a little extra time for Mountain Road.

What is the cancellation policy? +

We have a two-hour cancellation window. Cancellations made within two hours of class, as well as no-shows, are subject to a $10 fee.
